Lauren is incredibly easy to work with, friendly, thoughtful, and sharp. Her notes were spot-on. I especially appreciated that she didn’t sugarcoat things or just tell me what was working. She showed me where I could improve, and that’s exactly what I needed. I don’t want flattery. I want to grow.
